Lou was running a 20 year scam that cheating investors out of their money. He used to be the former manager of the boy band N’Sync but that he is not anymore of course also because they have split up years ago. He could avoid prison if he pays back the 300 million dollars that he stole. Wow thats alot of money to steal and what a bit thief he is.
